, who spend all their money by the end of each month, ignited hot dispute among the Chinese media. As “the moonlight clan” are mainly young professionals, many people started to wonder: “Are the college students going to join the moonlight clan in the future, deserting the traditional value of being thrift in the yesterday history?” However, in my opinion, for us college students, it is quite important to budget our money, for it is no longer as simple as a matter of overspending or being thrift but a matter, which is more important, of what we can learn from setting and sticking to a budget.

现今，在中国人们把每到月底就花光所有工资、没有任何储蓄的人称为“月光族”，这一人群的出现在各大媒体引发了激烈的争论！由于“月光族”基本上是以年轻的、在某些方面具备专业技能的人士构成，所以，许多人都对此感到惊讶。“是不是现在的在校大学生也将放弃传统的勤俭节约的价值观而加入到月光族的行列中呢？”不论怎样，我个人认为，合理的预算生活费用对我们在校大学生来说是非常重要的一件事情，因为它不再仅仅是涉及超支或节约的问题，重要的是我们将会从制定和实施生活费用的预算中学到些什么。

呵呵......不為什么﹐英語基礎太差﹐在看文章中對這句話a matter of overspending or being thrift but a matter不能完全表達清楚它的意思。
