speak 后边不能加 in ，它是及物动词， speak english /chinese /sth . I keep my point.

no , you can not use : speak in english! i speak english! 是“我讲英语”，同时也有“我用英语讲话”的意思。 如果你非要表达“用”， 可以这样： let 's talk in english. speak 一词的意思：是“操某种语言”或者“ 讲。。语言”的意思，也就是说“用”这一概念已经包含在词语本身拉。

I like this title: Only speak English here......(这里只讲英语）---Only放最前面较生动 Only speaking English here......（这里是讲英语的，含有正在进行时的含义） Just speak English here...... （这里是讲英语的地方） Just speaking English here......(同上有正在进行时的含义） My viewpoint only for you imformation!hehe......

What 光明 said is right. "Speak" is a transitive verb,so we have to put the object just behind it. Usually we say," I can speak...(a certain language)". But when you want to use " in a certain language", you have to tell the content. The words ,speak,say,tell,and talk,they are quite similar to each other,because all of them have the meaning "说” in Chinese,buy they are different in use.

Maggie: in的常见用法如下: 1.表示时间：时段，时期；（若干时期）之内 例如：in 1978, in 19th century The meeting will end in 30 minutes. 2.表示位置：在...内 例如：What is in the box? 3.表示方向、方位 例如：Shanghai lies in the east of China. 4.表示方式 例如：Can you do the experiment in another way? “我会说英语---I can speak in english.”这种表达不对，这句话中的“英语”应该是“说”的宾语：I can speak English.而in English 中使用了in,它表示一种方式，例如：I can make a speech in English.我能用英语演讲。 不过不知道美语和英语之间有没有这样的区别?--Maggie.
